Altin initially felt uncomfortable and upset at camp. He and his wife, who is a teacher in Albania, had been invited to a leadership camp sponsored by Cru’s International School Project ministry.

Altin considered leaving on the first night. ISP staff member Genti and others attending the camp prayed for God to change Altin's heart.

In the days that followed, a remarkable transformation began to take place in Altin. His attitude shifted noticeably. He became more approachable, engaging warmly with fellow campers and showing a newfound openness. The conference speakers, who skillfully wove the gospel into their leadership messages, left a deep and lasting impact on Altin’s heart.

By the end of camp, something beautiful occurred! Altin and his wife, along with 11 others, chose to follow Jesus as their Lord and Savior. All the new believers were invited to join discipleship groups to deepen their faith.

Cru’s ISP ministry helps fulfill the Great Commission by reaching educators with the gospel and equipping them to have an impact for Christ through their sphere of influence.

ISP partners with educators in over 30 countries to deliver training and curriculum rooted in Christian ethics. Through a "multiplication strategy," Christian teachers are equipped to share the message of Jesus with their colleagues and students, fostering a growing movement of disciple-makers. In addition, ISP hosts teacher conferences and camps, offering resources such as curriculum guidance, training, and Bibles.

Imagine a group of educators in every city and village who are transforming the lives of their students and colleagues, while also making an impact on their communities.

Robin and I are deeply thankful for your prayers and partnership in our ministry, which is reaching people around the world with the good news of God’s love and forgiveness.

Yours in Christ,

Steve & Robin
