In Central Asia, Sasha* grew up in a community that strongly resisted anything related to Christianity. Even mentioning the name of Jesus was dangerous.

The most effective way to reach people like Sasha is through digital media. That’s why local ministry workers in his country have turned to the internet to share gospel resources—including content from Cru's Jesus Film Project.

One day, Sasha came across a short video about loneliness. The video spoke to his heart, prompting him to watch more clips from the JESUS film—this time, in his own language. For the first time, the story of Jesus made sense to him.

It moved him so profoundly that he drove five hours to meet the people behind the videos. That day, Sasha made the life-changing decision to follow Christ.

Sasha’s story is powerful, but it’s not rare. Around the world, billions are considered “unreached.” They have no nearby church, no Bible in their language, and no Christian friend to share the gospel. For many, the only way they can encounter Jesus is digitally—through films, radio, or online content in their heart language.

Many, like Sasha, are quietly searching—watching, listening, and discovering who Jesus truly is. Around the world, believers are using Jesus Film Project’s videos, apps, and digital tools to share the gospel, disciple new believers, and help plant churches. These resources are available at jesusfilm.org.

Thank you for your faithful prayers and partnership. Together, we’re helping change lives for eternity.

Yours in Christ,

Steve & Robin
